It has come to the Board’s attention that there have been numerous townhouses that had roof damage during the recent wind storms and many insurance companies will not cover partial replacement. The Board asks that homes affected ensure that the the contractor gets as close as possible to the color that now exists. Some roofs have faded due to age of shingles and the designated color may be too light/dark.
